do recognize your server, but we neither receive nor record any personal

When and What Information
When you email us, sign up on our site to receive email information,
including our newsletter, or activate our wine Label Wizard, we collect
your email address. When you place an order we obtain the basic customer
information you share with us, which, in addition to your email address
and credit card information, includes your name, address, telephone number
and date of birth. Legally wine can only be sold to and received by an
adult and our UPS deliveries require an adult signature. To meet the legal
requirements of our winery partners, we may request a driver's license
number or other document verifying your age.
We encrypt your credit card information and other data prior to transmission
using secure socket encrypting technology. Your credit card information
is used for billing purposes only, to verify the customer is of legal
age, and to fill your orders. This information is never sold or shared
with anyone else under any circumstances, other then the selling winery
or other producer accepting and fulfilling your order. If we have trouble
processing an order, we will use this contact information to correspond
with you. This information is taken in a secure area, and is encrypted
for your protection.
Use and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not use or share your personal information except as specifically
disclosed herein. We never sell your personal information. We use the
information you voluntarily give us to fulfill orders and communicate
with you about your order. From time to time, we may also use the contact
information you provide to give you information about promotional offers.
We must, of course, share your information with the winery that accepts
and fulfills your order and with certain carefully selected partners
who offer other high-quality merchandise. These partners are specifically
forbidden from selling any of the information and each has agreed to
the following terms and conditions. Our partners and we may send you
by email or regular mail information regarding promotions, new products
and other information. If you wish to opt-out of any promotional mailings
from WineSource.com or from one of our carefully selected marketing partners,

When necessary, customer information will be shared with one or more

While registration is not required to use WineSource.com, you
must provide the personal information noted earlier to place an order.
If you wish to use our wine Label Wizard, we do require your email address
to ensure that the customers who use our cutting-edge technology will do
so in a responsible manner, following our Acceptable
Use Policy.
Gift Recipients' Information
We collect personal data about gift recipients and such information
is treated in the same manner as that of our customers, including the opt-out
rights provided herein.
Cookies
A cookie is an element of data stored on your hard drive containing
information that relates directly to your visit to WineSource.com. Any
information placed in the cookie is accessible only by WineSource.com,
and it is our policy to not sell or share this information with anyone

Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we
could be sold to another company. In the event that another company acquires
us, or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company,
all of the customer information, including both financial records and consumer
information that we have collected, may be transferred to the new company.
Choice/Opt-out
We respect and comply with all laws regulating the sending of
email. Users who no longer wish to receive our electronic newsletter or
promotional offers from us or our marketing partners may opt-out of receiving
these communications by changing their settings in the "My Account" section.
