Wow! I wanted to send an email to your company to let you know how much we appreciate your prompt and courteous customer service. When we found your website that offered personalized labels for wine, we thought we found the perfect gift. You sent us our order in just a few days but there was a mix-up on the pictures we chose for each of the three bottles of wine we ordered. I simply sent out an email to your company and in a matter of hours a representative of your company called me at home and gave me instruction on how I could remedy the situation.  I did as instructed and now today, a Saturday, I received three bottles of wine, which now gives me six bottles of wine for the three I ordered, but with the correct pictures on the label. Your attention to this matter was greatly appreciated and your customer service was second to none. Too many companies these days offer more promise than action when it comes to resolving little conflicts such as this. It is a pleasure to have found a company that chooses not to partake in red tape, lengthy return policies and other nefarious company procedures. Thank you for your service.
