In fact, we have personally visited each winery and sampled each wine
on our site to ensure that we're offering you a high-quality wine for
a great price. However, if you ever do experience a problem with a shipment,
please call us immediately and let us know. We want you to be satisfied
with your order. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to
us for quality control information. We can only accept returns
shipped in the original box and packaging. Please email us anytime at customerservice@winesource.com for
information on returning your wine.
As is customary in wines, all bottles of wine at least ten years aged
are purchased at the buyer's risk.
